You're facing some log in issues
1- I forgot my password code
a- If you are in the situation below:
- You received your convocation (with your login & password) by email
- You remember your login
Then we can reset and send your password back to you immediatly (by email), if you fill the form below:

b- In all other cases, please contact our administrative referent at contact@optima-prevention.com.
2- I know my password but it doesn't work
a- Please check the following :
- Check that your CAPS LOCK key is deactivated
- Check that you write your password correctly by using the "username" field temporarily, when nobody is watching you. This way you'll check whether your keyboard is properly set or not
